We refuse to honor anti-privacy and anti-rights laws on this instance. Governments have forgotten who they serve. As we are fond of saying, fuck fascism and fuck authoritarianism.

We pledge to migrate this instance should it fall into a jurisdiction currently enforcing those laws. We may be forced to retreat, but we will not surrender to those who would enslave us.

We will protect the identities and the safety of the speakeasers on this instance. We assert ignorance when it comes to their identities, and we assume that they fall outside of the jurisdiction of anti-rights and anti-speech laws unless they tell us differently themselves.
